We have multiple vacancies available for this position. 
The Senior Consultant, Healthcare Planning is an established post within the Lexica Healthcare Strategy &amp; Planning team, and in conjunction with the Director and other colleagues will support Lexica in achieving the overall business plan to grow and develop healthcare planning as a leading-edge offering to external clients, including NHS organisations and private sector clients both within the UK and overseas.
The post holders will be responsible for the service delivery and performance of a number of projects of varying breadth and scope, leading and managing those projects and also working as part of a team on major commissions.
The post holders will be expected to contribute to an annual new business development target in relation to the development of a portfolio of consultancy clients.
The roles are full-time client facing, and the post holders will be expected to work within the HS+P team in developing healthcare planning expertise, processes and procedures to ensure a quality assured service delivery. The roles also include contributing and providing support in preparing tender responses and delivering presentations for new business opportunities.

<ul><li>Undertake and lead the delivery of a range of projects and provide support on other projects</li><li>Act as the key point of contact for clients and project teams related to these projects</li><li>Work as part of the Healthcare Strategy &amp; Planning team in developing processes and procedures to provide a quality assured service for clients</li><li>Play an active role in new business development and bid and tender preparation </li><li>Achieve against a new business consultancy target</li><li>Account manage a portfolio of clients</li></ul>
The roles interface with board level and operational staff both internally and in client organisations, including executive directors and clinicians and so high levels of political astuteness and client relationship management skills are critical.

<ul><li>Achieve against an annual new business development consultancy target</li><li>Act as the client relationship manager for individual clients and account manage issues for existing and new clients within a portfolio</li><li>Manage healthcare planning and health strategy inputs into individually owned projects from identification of objectives through business case process, design development and implementation as applicable</li><li>Manage the inputs of others as necessary including external consultants</li><li>Undertake technical inputs as required for individual projects including - but not limited to - strategic analysis, demand and capacity modelling, models of care, clinical and functional briefing, schedules of accommodation and design reviews</li><li>Work with clients and project teams ensure that proposals for investment take into account productivity gains and facilitate transformation in service delivery</li><li>Be responsible for monitoring personal inputs on projects to ensure delivery within project budget</li><li>Participate in the development of service models and their quality assurance</li><li>Support the Director of HS+P and the business development team in preparing tenders including bid documentation</li><li>Undertake business development activity including leading presentations to clients.</li></ul>
