Regina is a strategic healthcare planner with a background in architecture and programme management. In the past 25 years, she has worked within healthcare systems as a consultant both internationally and in the UK. She is a member of the Healthcare Planning Academy.
Regina has worked closely with clinical teams and organisations to identify health service and facility needs, transition and decant planning, budget requirements and feasibility studies. She has led planning and design teams in the initiation and delivery of healthcare projects including campus masterplans to facility developments. She is currently leading healthcare planning for two large NHP schemes in London - one of which is a ‘pathfinder’ scheme.
A regular conference speaker, her wide-ranging experience includes teaching and research focused on health futures thinking and evidence-based design. She has unique experience in writing healthcare development standards and is leading the development of planning and design guidance for a major NHS Trust.
