Deirdre is a director of Health Strategy and Planning and head of International Business for Lexica. Clinically trained with extensive executive management experience, she has held positions in both the private and public sector.
Since moving to consulting in 2000, she has led many projects, including policy, strategic planning, organisational restructuring, workforce and governance, market analysis, transformation and business case development for healthcare providers and ministries.
While many of her projects have been in the UK and Ireland, she has also worked internationally across Europe, Eastern Europe the Middle East, North Africa and the USA. Deirdre is a main board member of United Kingdom International Hospital Management Association (UKIHMA).
