Our commitment to social value
In 2022, Lexica joined the Social Value movement as an organisational member of Social Value UK. Since then:<ul><li>Two of our team members have achieved Level 1 Associate Practitioner status.</li><li>We have implemented frameworks to embed social value principles in our operations.</li></ul>
The Social Value Management Certificate is a testament to our commitment to integrating these values into our policies and practices. We’re dedicated to driving social and environmental progress, while also supporting the organisations we work with to create meaningful impact. 
Overcoming challenges in social value
Delivering social value as a professional services firm presents challenges. For example:<ul><li>Short-term advisory projects often limit opportunities for local employment and SME engagement.</li><li>Social value is frequently associated with long-term, local employment, which can be harder to achieve in brief, consultancy roles.</li></ul>
At Lexica, we focus on creating lasting value through our work. Rather than focusing only on the process, we seek to deliver outcomes that provide a legacy of positive impact. Our goal is to support clients in unlocking social value through their projects.
